About the Author:
About The Authors Dr. Richard I. Lester is the Educational Advisor to the Commander, Ira C. Eaker College for Professional Development, Air University, Air Education and Training Command, Maxwell AFB AL. He is a member of the Air University Council of Deans.
Dr. Lester has lectured at Air War College, Air Command and Staff College, Naval War College, Naval Post Graduate School, and the Army Command and General Staff College. He has also lectured at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Massachusetts, Carnegie-Mellon University, Holy Cross College, and the American Management Association. His lectures have taken him to Eastern and Western Europe, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia, and throughout the United States.
John C. Kunich is an Associate Professor of Associate Professor of Law on the faculty at Appalachian School of Law in Virginia. Professor Kunich earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Harvard Law School and his Master of Laws Degree from The National Law Center at George Washington University School of Law. He served on active duty with the United States Air Force for 20 years, retiring in the grade of Lieutenant Colonel in 1999. He is the author of four books and numerous scholarly articles dealing with law and leadership
