His publications have appeared in Information and Organization, Information Systems Journal, Information & Management, and numerous other publications.

Patrick Y. K. Chau is a professor of information systems at the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He received his Ph.D. in business administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. He has published papers in journals like MIS Quarterly, Communications of the ACM, and others.
