Music is only a part of who John Fischer is. True Believer's Don't Ask Why (Bethany House), challenges the belief that Christians have to have all the answers.

His beloved fiction includes Saint Ben, Saint's and Angel's Song, and Ashes on the Wind and since l980, he has contributed a column to Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) magazine.

John graduated from Wheaton College, Illinois, and later served as Artist in Residence at Gordon College in Massachusetts, where he lived during the 80's. He now resides with his wife and three children in California.
