Cute Food is a delicious plate of spaghetti cooked up by a couple of meatballs Shaun and Christina Patterson. The duo is working together again after the success of their joint books The Little Cracked Pot and Fairies on My Island. Sweet, funny, and often adorkable, this colourful collection of miniature polymer clay illustrations by artist Christina served up with a side of Shaun’s very punny writing will leave you feeling full.

About the Author:
Ever since I was a small child, all I wanted to do was to become an Artist. Armed with a vivid imagination, I would while away the hours drawing monsters, robots and all sort of gross and spooky things. I found much joy in the works of Richard Scarry, Maurice Sendak and Dr Seaus. Now as a grownup (of sorts), I try and remember these themes of fun and imagination, doing my best to put them in my own Children's books that I now have a hand in creating. I have been fortunate enough to work on a number of Children's books as a Writer, Illustrator and sometimes as both. I have been equally fortunate enough to be able to team up with my wife Christina on a couple of book projects, with a number of new books in various stages of percolation at any given time. I figure that at the end of the day, If I can create a book that would have interested my 6 year old self, promote literacy in one form or another and fulfill my desire to create fun and engaging art, then it is mission accomplished. www.shaunpatterson.com
