About the Author:

A Chicago native and Loyola University graduate, Mr. Hibbard ventured into the highly competitive and lucrative commercial real estate industry. After achieving exceptional success brokering with the Grubb & Ellis Company, David became Sr. Vice President where he transformed his office through innovative leadership and coaching solutions based upon the Canoe Theory. Currently, he is the co-founder and co-principal of Profit Techniques, Inc.—a sales resource center. David is recognized as one of the most progressive speakers and engaging trainers in the nation. Ms. Hibbard began her 17-year commercial real estate career as a marketer for major development projects throughout California and as a commercial broker.
