About the Author:
Tom Albinson has been serving refugees since 1980. In response to the need for an international mission agency designed for ministry in refugee contexts, he founded International Association for Refugees (IAFR) in 2009. Over the years, Tom has provided leadership and ministry support to missionaries serving refugees in Africa, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. In 2013, Tom was appointed by World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) to serve as Ambassador for Refugees, Displaced and Stateless People. Tom is an active founding member of the Refugee Highway Partnership - a growing international network of Christians serving forcibly displaced people.

Brad Coath is a community worker with Urban Neighbours of Hope in Melbourne, where he spends his time creating spaces of welcome, generosity and empowerment. Projects he is involved in include a community garden, primary school music groups, and supporting people in immigration detention. He is studying a Masters of Theology at Whitley College, enjoys coaching football (the Australian variety), and gardening.

John Trotter is Catalyst of One Collective in Pittsburgh and pastor of Love Carrick, a multi-ethnic house church network in the Carrick neighborhood. Graduating with a MA in Intercultural Studies from Asia Pacific Theological Seminary, he has served cross-culturally for the last 16 years in South and Southeast Asia, Minneapolis-St. Paul, and Pittsburgh. He writes on the intersection of Christ, community, the church, and culture at www.trotterj.com. John's latest book Reflecting Jesus in the City: Christlike Ministry in Urban Immigrant Contexts, has also just been released. He lives with his wife Charity and son Amos in the Carrick community of Pittsburgh where the door to their place is always open.
